Is it worth more or less than an english version? It means squat to me! Not like im gonna play it any time soon!!!

I know of English (doh), Japanese (doh^2), French, German, and Italian cards. Didn't realise that there were Spanish cards too.

It would probably be less. Only Japanese and English cards are really sought after, so unless you found someone that collects Italian cards, you'd probably get a lot less than it's English/Japanese counterparts.
