Just like when Insanity originally was conceived, you need something to search out your trainers when you need it. That card for this deck is Relic Hunter. It's a supporter, but you can search for 2 suppporters with it. So, seach for Archie or that card drawing you need to set up your next turn.

I like your second version.
+ 4 Relic Hunter
-4 Shaman
-4 POR
-1 Archie
-1 TA Walrien
+1 Fan Club (or trainer to get a basic pokemon)
+3 Seer
+2 Fisherman

Don't know why you need REX Tech.. Rayquaza can't attack due to kyogre's poke-body

Sorry your point is taken.

I made a deck similar to this deck and I like it with an Azurill or two for trainers

3x kyogre-ex
3x skitty
3x delcatty
2x magnemite
2x magneton
4x dunsparce

(too lazy to finish the deck)

of course... with pokemon like this u'll have to do more thinking...

That...um...that defeats the purpose of this deck. You're clogging it up with more Pokemon...if I ever play any other "basics" they'll be fossils...simply because they give me an option of starting (and stalling later on) with a fossil when I have an Archie in my hand. What you're doing to it will slow it down several fold...I wont be drawing near pure energy like I should. You take the "InSaNiTy" out of "Kyogre InSaNiTy." Incidentally, I'm thinking of renaming it to "Kyogrex InSaNiTy." XD
