This question was posted before and the answer was "correct" can you go into more detail and explain why?
Question: Say Kyurem EX uses Frozen Wings on a Tornadus, and that Tornadus has one Energy on it: a Double Colorless. The DCE is not discarded because even though it's the last Energy on Tornadus, it's still on it when the Ability is applied. Correct?

Sorry, can you reference a link to the previous question and answer, because as you present it, the answer would be no, but your question is very fragmented, so I'm not sure exactly what is being done.
Frozen Wing would discard a DCE on a Tornadus.
