Kyurem Frost Spear + Deoxys EX

If I have an active Kyurem using frost spear on an opponent while I have 4 Deoxys EX on my bench.

Do I add another 40 damage on top of the 30 damage to my opponents benched Pokemon?

Power Connect states that it adds 10 damage done "to the Active Pokemon".
That specifically means the Defending and the Attacking Pokemon.
So no bonus to any Benched Pokemon.

Side Note: If an attack did any self-damage to the Attacking Pokemon, that would also be increased.
