Strategy: Hopefully have a standard Gengar setup by turn 2 and stall and spam Shadow Room around their Pokemon with powers. As you let Gengar do his thing start building a Garchomp as fast as possible and have another Gengar on bench ready. Once your first Gengar has been knocked out bring up Garchomp, proceed by adding the level X to him and do his painful Poke-Power "Dragon Pulse" to spread 1-3 damage counters to their bench. Depending on the situation you either switch out to your new Gengar or attack with Garchomp, either way. Once you have this basic set up continue to spam with Gengar. Hold your Super Scoop for Garchomp or a wounded Gengar (SSU can also be used for Claydol and Uxie USE WISELY). If you can't get out anymore Gengar since you spent them all (This situation rarely ever happens)bring up your Garchomp x to Restore Gengar with two energies so he has the ability for Poltergeist.
It still needs a little more testing, I am going to bring it to Cities and see how it does.
I will have the reports later next week.
