You already have a shaymin and a pachirisu, so why not throw in 2 zekroms for both a mini zps engine, and as a nice back up attacker?
 
actually sages wouldn't be a bad idea in this deck, you hit sages, discard any energy and keep 2 cards.
You'll just get the energy back from elektrik.

Next you have 20 energy. way too much, maybe take out like 3, i mean it's not like you're putting any in the lost zone, and you're getting some back from the discard.
 
uhm, drop pachi and shaymin for thicker eel line...idk. But i do agree with the fighting deer over donphan in this deck.
 
Ok and I am going to take a little advice and I will update my list in a Jippy. I am going to try sages before updating the list though.
 
ive been playing this deck for a little over 2 weeks now and i love it, however my build is a bit different from yours, idk what it is about yours that makes it seem like its so clunky looking. however, this is what i would do: -1 shaymin, -1 pachi, -4 engieneers, -1 juniper, -2 copycat, -1 rainbow. this leaves you with 10 slots, and this is what i would do with them: +4 sages (its an amazing card in this deck, dont knock it till you try it) +1 super rod, +2 catcher, +1 switch, +1 cleffa, +1 30hp tynamo (you need to be playing a 3/1 split between the 40hp/30hp tynamo.) also you need to pick between an increase in consistancy or your terrakion tecch, because as of right now his big *** is taking up 6 slots, if you were to take him out you could add +3 junk arm, +2 plus power, +1 electric energy. these are just my thoughts, this deck is good and fast and really easy to get set up. it has a lot of potental, and you should take the time to try out these suggestions because i swear itll help out your consistancy and overall win % across the board

fixes are in the qoute... Its very similar to what i topped my cities with (dynaturn is awesome!) Basically it is focused on Lanturn Prime as I beleave ur orginal list was
