Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

4- yes there are GOOD players playing in the LCQ. All of the GREAT players took the invites already.

That's ludicrous. Are Ness, Martin Moreno, Alex Brosseau, et al not GREAT players?

On another note, if they cap the seating to a power of two that's just stupid. Just give the appropriate number of byes during the first round. It might be unfair, sure, but it's better than turning away 300+ people.

Sometimes even the greatest players don't make it into Worlds. I've been there, and done that. Seen many of those great competitive players fall back and not make it in.

Whats the player cap for the grinders because I see this LCQ getting 500-600 players in masters EASILY!

and does anyone know the previous years MASTERS ATTENDANCES?
Ik in 2006 - 303 players
2007 - ?
2008 - ?
2009 - ?
2010 - ?

in the other LCQ post a representative of Pokemon already basically said that there is no cap for the grinder. Everyone will be accommodated.

Yamato went undefeated in Japanese Nationals, which was run the day before Worlds in Orlando, but only for the Japanese players.
