This happening for anyone else? Hoping this can be fixed quickly.

Mine is coming up with a error during update when the refresher comes up and even when I click retry it does the same thing.....

The thing that ticks me off is this happens with every single update and I have to uninstall and install.

Maybe a update to solve this could be done....:nonono:

Hopefully this gets solved tomorrow as I opened a ticket, even though my past ticket still has yet to be answered...

edited, I didn't read the part about your problem being on a mac, mine is on pc sorry.

Im on pc and every time the update finishes, I click play. Then it loads, and takes me right back to the refresher... What is going on?

Probably not. But they do record everything that's said there. And it does get fixed. Eventually.

Hey guys, just wanted to say I had the same problem with PTCGO on my Mac (10.8.2). I was able to fix it by doing the following:
Uninstall PTCGO and all its content
Reinstall PTCGO. Do not open Refresher or PTCGO yet.
Duplicate PTCGO and Refresher to your applications folder.
Open Refresher and PTCGO from the ejectable white disk image (this is where you would expect it to work but was/is not working for many)
Refresher should update but buttons will not function, game will not launch etc.
Delete the clone of Refresher in the Apps folder
Duplicate Refresher from white disk image to the Apps folder again
Eject the disk image of PTCGO (should be under devices)
Go to the finder glass, in the top right by default, and search "Refresher" it should show up under apps. Click it
PTCGO should now be working

I have no idea if this will work for anyone else, but it solved it for me.
