Latias-Ex's abilty "Bright Down" vs Crobat/Golbat's ability "Sneaky/Suprise Bite"

Hi,

As the title says, I was wondering if Latias-Ex's (Plasma Freeze) ability offers protection against Crobat and Golbat's abilities (Phantom Forces).

Bright Down: Prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to this Pokémon by your opponent's Pokémon with Abilities.

Bright Down prevents the effects of attacks. Abilities are not attacks even if they do damage or place damage counters so Bright Down does not stop them.
