Latios ♦ and Unevolved Evolutions

Latios ♦ 's Dragon Fleet says "This attack does 50 damage for each of your Evolution [Dragon] Pokémon in play."

Does this count "evolved" Pokémon only or is the "evolution" wording a check of the Pokémon's stage, effectively an umbrella term for Stage 1, Stage 2, Mega, Break, etc. (similar to the wording on Timer Ball)?

For example, would a Stage 2 Dragon Pokémon put directly on the bench with Altaria CIN's Draco Melody attack count for Dragon Fleet?

(Probably more relevant in the future with Dragonite GX and Lance ♦)

Evolution refers to the Stage of the card as opposed to "evolved" which refers to how it got into play (on top of another Pokemon card).
So it would look at the Stage of the card.
