BW-on Leafeon/Sceptile?

So I'm trying a new deck out centered on Leafeon/Sceptile. This is only a first draft using some of the cards from the Psy Crusher pre-made, but i think this has potential..... maybe.....The concept is Leafeon's crush power (handle blastoise/keldeo or any high energy deck), Sceptile for team heal/damage (wall?), Mime bench barrier (stall/anti-bench target), and Deoxys (permanent Plasma PlusPower).

To start off, not that bad, but not good.

-1 Skyarrow Bridge
-1 Plasma Frigate (the weaknesses you have aren't that bad right now, and you want Espeon to be able to snipe your opponent's Benched Deoxys EX for weakness)
-1 Hugh
-1 Energy Search (preferably in place of Skyla)
-3 Superior Energy Retrieval (you don't really need that many energy, you'll only have the resources to setup Sceptile once or twice, and in that case you'd be better off with a single copy of the normal Energy Retrieval, if that)
-1 Grovyle (only if you add Rare Candies)
-1 Grass Energy
-3 Psychic Energy (Leafeon doesn't even need a specific type of Energy to attack, and Espeon and Deoxys only need one)
-1 Plasma Energy (since you only have 2 Colress Machine, you only really need 3 Plasma Energy)

+8 in any combination of Juniper/Skyla/N/Bianca/Cheren. So probably +4 Juniper, +2 Skyla, +2 N.
+2 Rare Candy
+1 Pokemon Communication (to search Sceptile)
+1 Level Ball, or Team Plasma Ball, or another Pokemon Communication (Level Ball searches out Treecko, Grovyle, Eevee, and Mr. Mime, and would give you an extra option when searching your deck with Skyla. Pokemon Communication covers it all, but costs a Pokemon to use)
+1 Energy Retrieval or Super Rod, or Exp. Share if you're feeling lucky. They all recycle Basic Energy one way or another. Exp. Share attached to Sceptile can help accelerate energy onto it faster.
