Leafy Camo Poncho and Boss’s Orders

Hello,
we are on different levels in discussion if or if not the Poncho (SIT 160) attached to the active Pokemon will hinder the effect of Boss order.
on a base level the Boss's Order does not target or effect the activ Pokemon directly, but indirect.
i would be niche to have there somekind of "official2 argumentation for one option or the other

Leafy Camo Poncho: Whenever your opponent plays a Supporter card from their hand, prevent all effects of that card done to the Pokémon VSTAR or Pokémon VMAX this card is attached to.

Boss's Orders: Switch 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon.

If the VSTAR/VMAX with a Leafy Camo Poncho is on the Bench, Boss's Orders would not switch it to the Active spot.
If the VSTAR/VMAX is the Active, and a non-VSTAR/VMAX without a Leafy Camo Poncho is on the Bench, Boss's Orders targets the Bench so the Active VSTAR/VMAX with a Leafy Camo Poncho would be moved to the Bench.
