At league today we had a disagreement...
I was battling a kid and he lvd up his Darkrai
he had the effect of sleep on him he said that when he lvd up then you take off Special Effect but my agrgument was that it's the same pokemon only stronger he disaggreed he said it was a diffrent pokemon.
so who is right?
does the effect stay on?
