Hello! This is my second attempt at making a legal deck with which I can compete in this upcoming season with, this time I have a strategy as well!

Pokemon x22
x2 Zorua (Legendary Treasures)
x2 Zoroark (Legendary Treasures)
x4 Seismitoad EX (Furious Fists)
x2 Keldeo EX (Boundaries Crossed)
x3 Yveltal (XY)
x3 Yveltal EX (XY)
x2 Kyurem (Legendary Treasures)
x2 Darkrai EX (Legendary Treasures)
x1 Quilfish (FlashFire)
x1 Suicune (Plasma Blast)

Trainer Cards x17
x1 Life Dew
x2 Hypnotoxic Laser
x2 Muscle Band
x2 Professor Juniper
x2 Skyla
x1 Bianca
x1 EXP Share
x1 Professor's Letter
x1 Lysandre
x1 Hard Charm
x1 Colress
x1 Pokemon Center Lady
x1 Ultra Ball
x1 Pokemon Fan Club

Energy Cards x20
x6 Water Energy
x6 Darkness Energy
x4 Double Colorless Energy
x4 Rainbow Energy

Strategy:

POKEMON: Some of my main goals with this deck are to use Yveltal's Evil Ball attack to decimate opponents. (Hence the Double Colorless, and Professor's letter) I also have a big focus on Seismitoad, for his Quaking Fist Attack, so I can lock down on my opponents items. (plus it would be able to block the surge of Landorus EX that have been cropping up everywhere with a weakness advantage) Seismitoad is also pretty cool for it's other attack which does 130 damage and 30 to two of my own benched pokemon, I plan on using this to my advantage with the Kyurem and Zoroark(I also have him in my deck to counter Pyroars), by building up their Outrage and Dark Rush Attacks (The Rainbow energy will help with this as well) Darkrai is for easy retreating, and Keldeo is to get out of tight spots, with an insta-switch. Non EX Yveltal is just a good card, and I plan to use it to retrieve lost darkness energy, and Quilfish is used as a wall to irritate the opponent and potentially poison them. Suicune is in the deck for it's Safeguard Ability, blocking all EX attacks on it!

TRAINERS:
Life Dew is due to my deck being so EX heavy, by using it I can buy myself more time in the event a card is knocked out, Hypnotoxic Laser is in to mess with the opponent, potentually doing poison Damage and sleep, to annoy them, Muscle Band Is to power up attack, Obviously, and EXP Share is mainly for Yveltal, to build his energy flow. Prof. Juniper, Colress and Bianca are for drawing cards, Ultra Ball and Pokemon Fan club are to help me find the right pokemon for each situation, Skyla is a given, Lysandre, Hard Charm, Pokemon Center Lady Are all just extras, in case I need them for situational things.

Let me know what you think, how I can improve this design, ect. I'm hoping this deck is much more cohesive then the last one I made! ALSO! If you know of any other cards that would fit my theme and benefit from being damaged, let me know! Thank you guys so much!

I think you have too many Pokémons in your deck, not enough cards to actually get the ones you'd like. 3x Yveltal, 3x Yveltal EX, 4x Seismitoad EX. all are too many, you won't get to use 4 Seismitoad, unless you have the Life Dew and only use that Pokémon.

I would do :
-1 Yveltal
-1 Yveltal EX
-2 Seismitoad EX

+1 Pokémon Fan Club
+2 Ultraball

Maybe add a stadium, even just to counter potential problematic Stadiums

The EXP Share isn't legal in BCR and up, no?
