Legality Question for the Compendium

Sorry I didn't know where to post this so if this is the wrong place please move it. I am now revising the NEO website and would like to give a link to the compendium on my site, much like the forum titled Compendium, on this site. I am not aware of the rules involved in this (i.e. legal rights). If someone from the compendium could please contact me or REPLY to this post i would very much appreciate it. Thank you.
