Legend Types

I read through the rulebook and it didn't mention this so I'll ask it here.

If a Pokemon Legend card is made up of two Pokemon (ex. Raikou & Entei) it would be considered BOTH those types right? (Lightning AND Fire)

So a Legend like that would be able to deal more damage to any Pokemon that has weakness to Fire and/or Lightning, right?
