He's probably re-sealing SW cards into LA packs, then trying to get hapless buyers to buy them, hence the "No Refund" policy.
 
That's what I thought. I came across this a few days ago and I was about to buy them all until I saw that.

or maybe the guy opened the box, weighed the cards with level x, added 2 more packs to the box, and re sealed it to make a profit.

I agree 100% of what is quoted above me, especially seeing the most recent feedback history about this seller is warning people not to buy this specific item, I'm surprised this ebay seller/scammer still has an account:nonono:
