I know theres not much you can do to revive RAMBO, but it's still ok. This is a deck that I'm making for my friend. He may be going to city champs in the 10- age bracket. Do you think he will have a decent chnce of winning in10-?
Any ways heres the deck.

Pokemon (23)
2 Blaze ex
3 Blaze
3 Combusken (2 Double Kick, 1 Lunge)
4 Tochic (3 Singe, 1 Firebreathing)
2 Delcatty
2 Skitty
1 TA's Manetric
1 TA's Electrike
1 Rayquazza (that's mine and he doesnt have one, and I dont have another one)
4 Dunsparce

Trainers (21)
4 Steven's Advice
3 VS Seeker
3 Ancient Tomb
3 POR
2 Ceilo's
2 TV Reporer
1 Switch
1 Warp Point
2 Rare Candy (he only has two)

Energy (16)
2 Multi
2 Lightning
12 Fire

So thats the deck. I think thats awesome for a ten year old and he'll have a great chance in the City Champs, But then again there are some really good ten year olds. ;)

In this deck you need 3x Rare Candy, 2x Rayquaza Ex. I don't think you should have Ancient Tomb in your deck, your main hitters in the deck are Exes, Ancient Tomb will just give them the disadvantage if they were out. Since you have Delcatty in there, and there is no Oracle anymore...I would go with Pokedex Handy 909. Use it, put the cards in the order you want and then Energy Draw for the top 3 cards. Well thats all I can think of right now, that deck should work with the fixes. :)

OOps forgot about that. I was thinking about putting in Pokedex Handy. Oh by the way this is Ryans deck do you think he will do well with it in The City Champs.

He will just have to worry about to big decks going around, Gardevoir and Blastoise. If he can take them down, then he has no problem. :)

this is the correct way to run this type of deck IMO:

Pokemon (22)
4 Torchic
3 Combusken
3 Blaziken
2 Blaziken EX
2 Rayquaza EX
2 Skitty
2 Delcatty
4 Dunsparce

Energy (16)
2 Electric
2 Multi
12 Fire

Trainers (22)

3 Celio's Network
4 TV Reporter
3 Switch
2 Warp Point
3 High Pressure System
3 Rare Candy

great deck! maybe u could throw in a bellosom line? the guy with heal 20 a turn

if u go up agianst a milotic or something big u prevent 30 then heal 20

i have a quick question for u guys... is the rayquza used for finishing a big guy? and the blaziken is the main hitter for the deck or is it rays job?

At this moment in time, it's ray's job. No crystal shard in the format means rayquaza can run wild until the next set comes out.

You really don't need the bellosom line, it only helped against a deck that is nearly dead now.

Call me crazy but this would be my list....

Pokemon (24)
4 Torchic
3 Combusken
3 Blaziken
2 Blaziken EX
1 Rayquaza EX
2 Skitty
2 Delcatty
3 Dunsparce
2 Electrike (Aquas)
2 Manectric (Aquas)

Energy (16)
3 Electric
2 Multi
11 Fire

Trainers (20)
4 Steven's Advice
3 Handy 909
4 TV Reporter
2 Warp Point
3 High Pressure System
3 Rare Candy

And that looks about the way I'd run it. Hope this helps.

In the 10 and under age group it still has a good chance. And I bet you that half the 10 and under kids will be playing Team Magma, but of course there are really good 10 and under players. As for Blasty you just kill it with Quazza, and I'm pretty sure that Quazza can take down Gardy.

Well IMO Gardy is no longer going to be a threat as long as Metabyss is going to be played.....which im one of the few who were turned to the deck from RAMBO.......Yea Quaza is the main attacker now that shard is gone...but before the format change when i play RAMBO it was usually whoever i got powered first i was attackin with....heres my list that i play now every once in a while since rambo is losing playibility........when im not playing Metabyss....

Pokemon (24)
4 Torchic
3 Combusken
4 Blaziken
1 Blaziken EX ( Tech )
2 Voltorb
2 Electrode ex
2 Skitty
2 Delcatty
4 Dunsparce

Energy (16)
4 Electric
12 Fire

Trainers (21)
4 Steven's Advice
3 Celio's Network
4 TV Reporter
1 POR ( Decking Prevention )
3 Warp Point
2 Desert Ruins ( since im plying only 1 EX above 100 hp )
3 Rare Candy

Really close to the way I run BEX, but I run 2 Jirachi, no Celio's, 4 handy, 3 electrtic, no multi, no candy, 1 Brynie's (to pick up Jirachi & make room on bench), It seems to be working pretty good.

I changed mine to all fire took out Ray for Moltres 2 HPS 3 Pokedex 909, 3 Stevens advice 1 BEX 3Blaze 1Electrike 2Manetric 2 Archie 3 Multi Energy and 3 Celio's

I'm taking a RAMBO deck into a tourney this saturday, i'll give u the list and how well it does after

Hey guys, I tried running Linoone(quick search) He may take your urn but he replaces oracle quite nicely in teh begining of the game. Just a thought,He really works wonders.
