Hi,
I wanted to ask, if you can play LEVEL MAX. Trainer when no pokemon in your play has a Lv. X form.
Let's say my active pokemon is a pikachu, on my bench are: lickylicky, kingdra and sceptile.
Am I allowed to play Level Max for the reason to have 1 card less in my hand?
