Would anyone really want to? Level isn't part of a pokemon's name, so you'd run at most a 2 (Normal) - 1 (LV.X) - 1 (LV.X^2) line. That looks... HIGHLY inconsistant. It's not like LV.X Pokemon aren't good enough...

Speaking of the whole "Level isn't part of a pokemon's name" clause... It's really weird that EX pokemon had a drawback (costs 2 prizes) but not that clause, and then we get LV.X pokemon with a HUGE drawback (can only be played on basic. The whole costs another turn thing isn't too bad, I guess), and they ALSO are limited to no more then 2 per deck (unless you do something really unique). ://
