when you use double colorless energy do you have to decide what energy it is

-Four pokemon collectors might seem overwhelming. The thing about pokemon collectors is that it is been sold for like $6 each; but I can get two of them in a Pokemon trainer kit for $12.99. So I don't value it that much. LMK
