Life Herb from EX Firered Leafgreen said that it didn't work on Pokemon-ex,
Since new versions have omitted this line of text, and the old version is still legal without a reference am I allowed to use Life Herb on Pokemon-ex like Scizor ex?
Similarly newer versions of Darkness energy have omitted the 'ignore this effect unless the Attacking Pokemon has Dark in its name. So does Darkness energy do additional damage when attached to a Dark Pokemon like Dark Charizard from Team Rocket?
