ok so this deck is all about making blissey as broken as possible and using Arcanine as back up.the only thing i'm not sure about is the fast balls if you have suggestions tell me.

This deck is a good deck, I just don't know how it does against G&G/Magmortar.

Take out the arcanine line and and a 3-3 banette line. Theres are strategy with sableye with banette and bliss.2 multi
and some psychics.
 
If you want to run Blissey Arcanine, you want Holon FF as stated above. You also want to use Super Scoop Up to heal Blissey after it takes a couple hits and to reuse Arcanine if you can cycle them. Unown G is a decent tech to cover Gallade's Sonic Blade and Sableye's Disable attack for Blissey. Holon Mentor is probably a better choice over Roseanne's because you can discard.
