Longest Out of Rotation Pokemon

I spent way too much time on this.

As of right now, the longest out-of-format Pokémon is...

Well, Kadabra, since he hasn't been printed since Skyridge. But since he's a special case, the award goes to...

Azurill, Wynaut, Bonsly, and Mantyke in a four-way tie! None of these four Baby Pokémon have seen print since Diamond & Pearl. This isn't counting any of the Black & White Pokémon, of course.

As other people have said, Kadabra is a special case. It should not be used to judge the average amount of time that a Pokémon will be out of the rotation.

Special case or not, it is the correct answer, as there has not been a Kadabra since the e-reader card sets. Just about any other answer is pretty much a crapshoot guess.

As soon as Uri Geller dies we will see another Kadabra. Until he croaks, Kadabra will be sorely missed in the TCG.

The answer if one excludes Kadabra is partially what Sevus said, as those babies haven't been printed since DP Base Set. But since DP got rotated out with MT, SW and GE, the following Pokemon haven't been legal for the same length:

-DP: Azurill, Wynaut, Bonsly, Mantyke
-MT: Abra, Barboach
-SW: Shellder/Cloyster
-GE: Ekans/Arbok, Krabby/Kingler, Zigzagoon/Linoone, Clamperl/Huntail/Gorebyss

The rest of the pre-Gen V Pokemon appeared in MD-SF, or PL and HS sets.

If I had to guess as far as something other than Kadabra, I would think it would be a Ruby/Sapphire Pokemon. I just feel like it would be something that has to deal with that of some sort. However will out looking through every Pokemon save for Kadabra, there is no way you will figure this out.

Drew, every single Pokemon from generations 1-4 was printed in one of the DP sets. Might not be all varieties (Unown J I'm looking at you), but all of them were printed except Kadabra.

Every Unown was printed in the DP sets.

-DP: A, B, C, D
-MT: E, I, M, T
-SW: K, N, O, S, X, Z
-GE: F, G, H, L

These eighteen were all rotated out at the same time, so they're tied with the other Pokemon in my last post. The rest were in rotation for longer:

-MD: P, Q
-LA: J, R, U, V, W, Y, ?, !

Other alternative forms: all four Castform and Deoxys were in Legends Awakened; the appliance Rotom forms and both Shellos/Gastrodon were in Rising Rivals; both Shaymin were in Platinum and Skymin was in Unleashed; both Giratina were in Platinum; all Arceus (that exist in the TCG), Cherrim, Burmy and Wormadam were in Arceus.
