I have one that seems to work pretty well. I didn't realized the math stabilized so easily on higher levels. Thanks to Garch's advice, I got an app that was rated high then went to the subway...the programming is so easy, there is no real "bad" app it would seem.

I use the battle test in Nimbasa City right next to the Pokémon Center for checking IVs.
Anyway, I wouldn't bothere trying to get 31 in HP and/or Defense on a Deino. It's a nice bonus, but mainly focus on getting the 31 SP.Atk and Speed. Also, it's highly recommended to have Dark Pulse on Deino since its the best dark special type move it can learn. You'll have to teach it to a Seviper/Ekans/Arbok on Gen IV via TM and transfer it across. If you've already got that, then brilliant.
