Not sure on value, its hard to be sure with just a pic...can you make a counter offer your comfortable with?? And unfortunately I don't have any bc

i am not intested in the dp promos. You can make an offer for the french shining and goldstar but i dont value them high because they are not important right now
 
You only ship to NA. I also think the offer isnt fair because landorus ex is worth a lot more than darkrai at the moment
 
i checked ebay and looked at auctions which ended (in germany and worldwide). Darkrai EX FA goes for~ 23€ (incl. shipping) landorus ex fa 33€ (incl. shipping, but shipping cost 3-6€ depending on the seller, but still it costs 27-30€)

I just checked from worldwide/NA. Both are roughly 30-35. If you look at a couple pages (1-5). I believe the offer is very fair.
