Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Los Gatos, it's A Flying Gato Thing!

lol i wasnt expecting this deck and I went prize for prize with it. Suprising really really solid!
saw a deck that ran smeargle as the starter, set up lightning and did really well. Smeargle is the key for running higher energy volume.

Although it does have down sides, This deck is pretty awesome and refreshing.

The big issue I'm having with this list is those first 2 turns. Get enough energy in those and you're golden. If you whiff, its GG.
That said its still one very fun deck to play.

Thanks again for the help you gave me this morning... Although I did go 0-3! Hahah. Umbreon first game, and then my other 2 matches I was donked with stupid unowns.
I will be working on this build now and personalize it a bit. Thanks!

-1 Uxie
+1 Smeargle
Interesting take. I personally took out the 2nd Q after getting donked wayyyy to much. I would rather take the risk of my only Q being prized than the risk of opening with it twice as much..

Have you considered Giratina (Platinum) the Let Loose one? I think that could work nicely since the deck is psychic. If you decided to add energy, let's say to 30, I would add some Cyclone Energy, Call Energy and DCE. I'm just a little concerned about Mew's 60 hp, if Mew can't return a KO then it's game over. -- But you also have disruption, so that helps.

Unfortunately for your Drifblim tech, Dialgachomp has deafen. Deafen+Time Crystal= GG.
I would try saying something constructive and provide an alternative, but I can't think of any. I think Dialgachomp is just an autoloss for this deck.

Unless they have the X on the Bench and are defeaning with a another one :/

Attack with Delcatty.

To be perfectly honest, DGX is near autoloss. It's very difficult to deal with, no matter what tech you run, there are always outs for them.

I'd just like to drop by an say that
A) This deck needs Azelf. With only 2 Rhyperior, 1-1 Drifblim, 1 Mesprit and 1 Dialga, prizing a few of those can be detremental to the deck.
B) This deck has absolutely no advantage over VIlegar. it's impossible to keep your hand at 0 trainers with your lakc of conventional discard and even having a single trainer allows Gengar SF to KO you, or go to work on your Delcatty while you dance with Fainting Spell. That's not to say Vilegar has a huge advantage over it, but taking an early lead against Vilegar just gives them the ability to Twins for the rest of their set-up.

Seems like an interesting deck though, but you autolose to Shuppet + Belt xD

Which is why you may be better off just not bothering to tech a "counter". At least you won't hurt consistency in a useless effort to survive the beating Dialga will put you through.

WHile i playing Vilegar beat someone who used the posted list 3 times without any trouble. Not saying that accounts for every Vilegar/MewPerrior game ever, i just don't see how anything tips the game in this decks favor.

What if MewPerior techs in a Gengar (SF) themselves to work around Feinting Spell?

Gengar SF tech in Mewperior is just silly. It'd be better to just run Ditto!*

*Or, you know, actually test the matchup, which is already in Mewperior's favor.

Considering you're running a minimum of 20 energy, it shouldn't be too difficult to switch out 5-10 Waters for some of the Specials...
