Lost / Stolen Deck

yeah, i had my deck stolen too, and the cost for the cards wound up to be $150. It was my draggy deck with plain red sleeves, and i went to go battle in my third match and noticed it wasn't in my pocket, so i went back, only to find out it was gone from the table i left it on. i had to skip the 3rd match to rebuild it and my final score was 3-3, which could have been 4-2, giving me a chance for the top 16

P.S. if anyone finds it, or if anyone took it, please just let me know, i don't care if you took it, i just want it back.

I'm sure this goes without saying, but keep an eye on eBay for that signed Sugimori card...=/

Sorry to hear about your son's deck. I hope you find it soon. In case you don't , tell your son not to get too disappointed at it because from another perspective its just a card , not something very important.
 
I had a similar experience, at a 10-box event held here at Casselberry some several months ago... I submitted my deck list with 4 DRE in it, but when Heidi went through the cards, all four DRE's had vanished. Fortunately Adam F. had 4 extra DRE's that he was not using so I could still enter... but that's still crazy.

You can't say that to a kid- that card is nearly impossible to replace in the condition he last had it. How many other people can say they had that particular card signed by a Ken S. To him that was a one of a kind. All the work & excitement that boy put into getting that card signed.

To any collector some items are not just another card.
 
Pop - I too am sorry to hear that. Things mysteriously disappear in NJ/Ny like my digital camera 2 years ago at an event. I hope he gets it back.

could you please send me the list too? i would like to help get it back together for him too...
