In some instinces, yes. But it would be great when your opponent has 10 or more cards in his/her hand. Therefor go with Copycat

Not enough draw in your list. I see it being clunky.

You can do anything, but not everything.
My list I have cut Chatot G and Mime Jr to a 1-1.
Palkai is a 1-1.
So it is there, but not over kill.

The problem with the lost zoning pokemon is that there are several ways of doing it, you have to figure out how your list is going to do it and FOCUS on that way. IDK what is going to be the best list.
