It hits hard, fast. The Breloom counters those Honchkrow Lv. Xs, Infernapes and anything else that wants to retreat, or just stick around and hit hard that has a zero retreat cost. The Lucario is just plain good, he counters Blissey and Delcatty. Delcatty is just freaking ridiculous and is crazy card draw the help me get anything I need. Let me know what you think.
