So I'm tossing ideas around for what all to run in this deck, and I'm having a pretty rough time thinking of the final set...

Lugia EX x3
Deoxys EX x3
Thunderus EX x3
Plasma Kyurem x1

Pokemon = 10

Team Plasma Ball x4
Colress Machine x4
Pokemon Catcher x4
Switch x4
Plus Power x2
Max Potion x2
Frozen City x2
Scramble Switch x1

Trainers = 23

Professor Juniper x3
Shadow Triad x3
Skyla x3
N x2
Colress x2

Supporters = 13

Plasma Energy x4
Double Colourless Energy x4
Prism Energy x4
Lightning Energy x2

Energy = 14

Total = 60

Super basic idea here is to get out Lugia and just knock the crap out of things to take 2/3 prizes in a single hit. To do that, you need to power up your attacks/get pre-existing damage onto the other side.

Powering yourself up is super simple; Deoxys EX and Plus Power until you hit that magic number. Getting the damage onto the other field could be the tricky part. I like the idea behind Plasma Kyurem, you can power him up T1 with Prism/Colress Machine and start hitting for 30/30, much like Landorus EX. I like Kyurem more because he only gives one prize, can work around PlasmaKlang and can be searched with Plasma Ball. On the other hand, Frozen City can do the work for me, unless they're willing to wait until they get their own stadium out, then power up their side (blastoise/emboar). If they're running Lightning/Psychic Pokemon, then it'd probably be wiser to run Plasma Frigate to negate the weakness. Thunderus EX is there to get your special energies back if need be, which is also why I included two lightning energy just in case they are running a boat-load of hammers. And if they are, you might as well just flip the table. =P

Also, I'd like to work in some kind of healing into this deck, but I'm not sure how to go about it... I'd have to sacrafice some things, and this deck is already kinda tight...

What do you guys think? Any kind of constructive criticism is highly welcomed!

I think you should only run 2 lugia and run 2 Plasma Kyurem, if you have deoxys out then kyurem tanks for only 2 energy plus only gives up one prize. you could easily run max potion and drop some pluspower, maybe a 2 / 2 spread, thundurus can get back the nenergy you discard to use max potion. Might be a good way to use healing and having teh deoxys still can get you the attack boost.

Why 4 N and no Colress? You will probably be filling up your bench with Deoxys, and your deck tries to get a bunch of prizes early with Lugia, so N becomes a lot less powerful a couple turns into the game. I'd consider dropping like 2 N for 2 Colress. Which of Plasma Frigate/Frozen City you play will probably depend on what other people are playing in your area. You will definitely want Plasma Frigate if your area has lots of Plasma Basics.

I like my 3-1 for Lugia to Kyurem, but I can always play around with the idea of a 2-2 line. Maybe I could do a 2-2 with Kyurem and Thunderus... As for the 2-2 plus power to max potion, I'll give that a try.

That's actually a really good idea. I'll put some Colress in there to make things easier on my draw power. I'm thinking of running Frozen City, if I'm remembering the decks in my area. I'll keep Plasma Frigate on the back burner, just in case someone comes up with a Lugia counter deck. I may even try a 1-1 idea sometime, since I'm running 3 Shadow Triad to get them back.
