Our last prerelease had 31 players. Rockville's HP prerlease had 44. I think we can top both numbers. Not sure about being able to beat Rockville this time, but this will be bigger than our HP prerelease and our CC.

The prerelease at the largest league on the East Coast is over! Here's the standings:

I apologize to the 9 people we turned away, but Mike and Tara only bought enough boosters for 45 people (assuming 50% growth from the last prerelease). We never knew that 60 people would show up. I was confident we could beat our competitor (Rockville), but I never forsaw this! This was inconvenient, considering that we had 54 chairs! (it's okay, we found more). Thank you to all the people who turned down your extra boosters in order to accomodate all those extra participants we did not forsee.
Tara told me that one day, we may have to move our premiere events to another location. Looks like we've already reached that point.
So, next time, we will figure a way to accomodate large numbers of players. So please don't be afraid to tell your friends, spread the word, let's let a HUGE number of people flow in; we can handle it- we will be ready next time.
Those who provided us with energy cards, thank you. Those who brought in the air conditioning, thank you. Those loyal players who came from 1.5 hours away, thanx. You're the man!

We had an awesome turnout way more than we could have ever imagined.
We figured 50 % increase wow 100% +
We had our challenges but I think everyone had fun and we have learned many lessons so Aardvarks can do even better next time.
Thanks to everyone who participated and a sincere apology to everyone who missed a spot.
I am really looking forward to the new season what a set to kick it off!

But an amusing day. So many closet jokes. And when I yelled across the room that the person's mother needed more toploaders :lol: . oh, the embarrassment :lol: .
Something that amused me: the price of a milkshake is 4.20
