This is my Luxray deck I hope to use when we get Rising Rivals, and Pulse of the Frontier.

3-1 Luxray GL LV.X
2 Electrode G
2-2 Porygon2
1 Azelf LA
3 Honchkrow
16 Pokemon

4 Roseanne
2 Marley
4 Cyrus
2 Sunnyshore Gym
3 Premier Ball
1 Luxury Ball
2 Warp Point
3 PokeTurn
2 VS Seeker
4 Energy Gain
4 PokeDrawer
3 Power Spray
34 Trainers

10 Lightning Energy

Strategy: Luxray is the main attacker, dispite doing bench damage. Cresselia moves the damage off onto the opponents.

Porygon2 is the engine, allowing me to us up to 4 supporters a turn, via Download. Use Marleys and VS Seeker to get the supporters back for you to use again.

I'm thinking I'm playing too many trainers, and too few energy.

Thanks for your help

This will one of the best decks in format but this list is soo bad. U need 4 poketurn crobat g dialga g x bronzong g super scoop up and power spray. Thats how it's played in japan and only lose to gallade x sometiimes but it's the BDIF atm. Hope that's helps.

I don' need Bronzong. It only needs 1 energy+energy gain to attack.

I only have 3 SPs, so I will get hardly any use out of the sprays.

I've tried with Crobat, and I got too many Crobat starts.

I could think about dialga, but it just seems like it would clog the deck up. what would you suggets for it?

Why SSU? I'll test the Poketurns. If it is to reuse Luxray's power, I'm not really dependant on the power.

It helps, after the first scentance that is...

Something like this

3-1 lux
2-1 DGX
1 zong g
2 crobat g
1 azelf
1-1 dol
2 uxie
2 mesprit
1-1 delcatty pt

poketurn/ssu- for luxray X so you can do "gust of wind" each turn , thats why lux is awesome it will kill palkias G and uxies, mesprits, dols (thats why crobat's here).
mesprit- lock (ssu is for him too)
zong - move an nrg, poketurn lux and attach from hand. then play lux again and "gust of wind again".
azelf- lux, dol and DGX
delcatty - This is a tech vs flygon X. when u atk with lux he will hit your own bench for 40 so hit catty twice then it will do 180 to flygon X. Dont worry about crobat cuz flygon wouldnt run it.
3 power spray' for mirror match and some other stuff cuz this deck will be big same as gallade.
add some sp radars, 4 plus powers and cyrus's.
use like 5 lightning 3 sp nrg and 1 metal basic
dont use this

level max (it wont activate the main purpose of lux , his power)
marleys- really bad card
snowpoint - it will make pixies and all basics 20hp more that will hurt u a lot. plus u dont need this cuz lux will be poketurned and ssu constantly.

Hope thats helps.

I'm using Porygon2 over Claydol and Uxie because it is the onlt one I have and have no one to trade with. But, I have Playtested with Claydol and Uxie. I didn't like the results though.

I know what Bronzong does, I have no idea why it would belong in the deck. same with Dialga G Lv.X (Yes it does counter Mewtwo)

Why Mesprit and Delcatty? They both seem like tech cards, and I only really need Cresselia.

I'll add 2 bats, 1 Azelf and 4 Pokedrawers, can't beleive I forgot those.

I have 3 SPs. Power Spray requires 3. If any of them get KOed, I just have 3 wasted cards in the deck.

I'll replace the Bebe with SP Radar. They're the exact same thing, only one is a supporter.

I'm NOT revolving the deck around Luxray's power. It is a cool power, but I am not relying on it.

Marley is ESSENTIAL to the deck. I will run out of supporters to download, so I need Marley to bring them back for more downloading. I will not be taking it out.

Snowpoint may give Pixies, Gigas, SPs etc, 20 more HP. but Luxray gets 130HP and Cresselia gets 120. I could replace it for Sunnyshore gym though.

Out of curiousity, why do you see Crobat G as an inferior start? It has free retreat, and an ability to Poke Turn it at a later time. And it has enough hp to avoid the donk from virtually anything (excepting only Machamp and or a donker with loads of Crobat G.) Plus, more SP pokemon opens up cards like Poke Turn and Power Spray to be useful to the deck.

I don't know that Cressalia Level X is worth bothering with here. It seems to me that Cressalia takes away from the focus of the deck while offering only mediocre heal/snipe. Crobat G is much better for sniping, and PokeHealer+ is much better for the healing. And Cressalia is just a lot of work for the limited effect of combining the two.

In my honest opinion, Marley's Request is too inconsistant a card to rely on. In many ways, a drawing supporter is as likely to get you the cards you're looking for anyway. And using Marley for Supporters specifically (as your strategy suggests you intend to) seems like a very slow usage of cards, even with Porygon2.

Honchkrow G can be an impressive addition to any SP deck. Being able to snatch Poke Turn, Power Spray, or Energy Gain (or a combination of any 2) is a nice ability that helps ensure you have the Energy Gain to go with the limited energy supply. Especially if you splash in a bit of Darkness Energy and use Crobat G. The sniping of Honchkrow/Crobat G should combo neatly with Luxray GL.

And Power Spray is a massively useful addition, if you can fit both Crobat and Honchkrow into your deck. Then, it should be easy to set up the necessary 3 SP pokemon to use it. (1 Luxray w/ 2 Crobat; 2 Luxray w/ 1 Crobat; 1 Luxray, 1 Honchkrow, 1 Crobat; etc.)

I love Power Spray, but I have too few SPs to make it worthwhile.

I could see myself adding Honchkrow though, to grab Energy gain. That may open up some room for the sprays.

And I'm not a fan of Crobat starts simply because I'd only use it for the power. If I start with it, I can't use it.

I could replace Cresselia Lv.X for Quagsire GL, but I've tried before and everyone keeps saying to take it out. Cresselia also functions as 2 PlusPowers, which is good. Electrode G could also work in the deck.

I respect your opinion on Marley. I could get rid of it, but what happens when I run out of supporters? I have VS Seeker though...

I think I might do this
-2-2 Cresselia Lv.X
-2 Bertha
-4 Level Max
-1 Premier Ball
-2 Marley

+4 Honchkrow G
+2 Crobat G
+3 Electrode G
+4 PokeTurn
+4 Power Spray

Do those changes look good?

- 2 Crobat G
- 2 Honchkrow G

+ 4 Weavile G

Use Pokémon [SP] only and run 4 Gain and 4 Turn. Now splash three Radar and three Spray. We also want three Volkner and Bucks in addition to the standard 4 Cyrus. Stadium choice and the rest depends entirely on the metagame. Get rid of Bertha's Kindness. You have Pokéturn as a rescue and speed is on your side to obtain battlefield control fast. No need to heal soemthing that can be either rescued or knocked out in one hit

Yeah good but
of those changes
- 3 Electrode
- 2 Honchcrow
- 4 VS Seeker
- 3-3 Porygon 2
- 2 Bertha

+ 1-1 Alakazam 4
+ 1 Azelf
+ 2 Uxie
+ 2 Warp Point
+ 1 Skuntank G (Pluspower every turn)
+ 2 Galactic HQ
+ 4 Poketurn
+ 3 Call Energy

Porygon2 is the enegine, I find it more effective then Uxie.
I also fail to see why Skuntank belongs in the deck.
I have 1 Azelf in already, do you want me to have 2
Warp Point will be added as well as PokeTurn
4 Stadiums seems a little overkill.
If I could get over hating Call Energy, I might add it.

Oh sorry didn't see Azelf there, Skuntank=Pluspower EVERY turn.
why do you hate Call Energy?.
Porygon 2 is to slow.

I understand what Skuntank does and it could fit, but the list would look super tight with it.

I have no idea why I hate Call Energy, I just do.

Porygon2>Uxie in a supporter based deck. I can use 3 supporters a turn, as opposed to one.

I may add some call energy, but in the deck, It onlu works half the time. If I go second, I can download Roseanne and get the same effect without using a supporter.
