Lv. X on Ex

Can I put a Lv. X on an Ex?
Eg. Gardevoir Lv. X on a Gardevoir Ex.

Lv X can only go on a Pokemon with the same exact name as the Lv X. Last time I checked "EX" makes the Pokemon a totally different Pokemon, and as of now we do not have any Lv X that have EX in their name. Short answer - no.
