Here are some idea's of some fighting pokemon i thought of.

Machop
HP: 50
{F} Basic Pokemon

{F} Chop 30: Flip a coin, if tails this attack does nothing.
{F}{F} Rend 20+: If the deffending pokemon already has damage counters on it, this attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage.

{F} Stage 1 Eveolves from Machop

Poke-Power: Pulverize: Once during your turn, if Machoke is your active pokemon, you may flip a coin if heads the deffending pokemon is now paralyzed. This power can't be used if Machoke is afficted by a speical conditon.

{F}{F}{C} Smellingsalts 50+: If the deffending pokemon is paralyzed, this attack does 50 damage plus 30 more damage and the deffending pokemon is no longer paralyzed.

When pokemon ex is knocked out, your opponent takes 2 prize cards.

{F} Quad-Punch 10x: Flip 4 coins this attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.
{F}{F}{C} Rend 40+: If the deffending pokemon already has damage counters on it, this attack does 40 damage plus 30 more damage.
{F}{F}{F}{F}{F} Super Strength 30x: This attack does 30 damage times the number of damage counters on Machamp Ex. Machamp Ex can't attack during your next turn.

{F}{F}{C} Rock Hurle 50: Do not apply restanice.

Golem Ex

{F} Stage 2 Pokemon Eveolves from Graveler

PokeBody: Rock Skin: Prevent all effects of attacks including damage done to Golem Ex by basic pokemon.

{F} Rock Blast 20+: Flip a coin until you get tails, this attack does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each heads.
{F}{F}{F}{C} Rockquake: Place 3 damage counters on each of your opponents pokemon.

Super Strength is quite broken. Maybe you could balance it out, I dunno, like 'You can't use this attack during your next turn' or something.
Rock tumble is the same. Maybe two or three damage counter should do it. Plus, the attack's effect is different on other Golem. Try looking at Expedition Golem. If you want to keep the attack, balance it out and change the name.
 
In addition on how nice Machamp EX is, add the Strikes Back Poke Body and it will do 30 damage when your opponent attacks it.
