sry dude, MadHatter is THE MAD HATTER, not you, but nice deck list, almost like queenhatter...

you are not mad hatter
madhatter is
anyway drop a mr stones for a wager
drop three psychic for three dre

Theres only 1 MadHatter....
anyway, you might want to add in DRE and/or Scramble energy drop a few psychics

Actually the original Mad Hatter was a British inventor named Theophilus Carter who owned a funiture shop in the late 1800s, who sir John Tenniel used to sketch for his illustrations of the Mad Hatter for Lewis Carroll's world famous book 'Alice in Wonderland' (published in 1865)

You might say I'm obsessed with alice in wonderland.

-4 Psychic
+4 DRE

-2 Mr. Stone
-3 Crystal Beach
-2 Buffer Piece
+4 Draw
+1 Celio
+2 Proffesor Rowan

I personally would use 3 chingling 1 chimecho instead of mawile, but that's a matter of prefrence.
Have you tried a 1-1 mightyena ex line? I've never played this deck without it, so I don't know if it needs it. It's worth a shot though.
