BATTLE ROADS ARE UPON US


OK, everyone. The Battle Roads are going to be going on the next 4 weekends.

Madness is going to be sponsoring one at A-kon the 2nd of June so there will be no league that day. Would love to see everyone come to A-kon and enjoy the convention. It will require the purchase of at least a gamers badge. I have been informed that a one day Gamers Pass will be $10. Madness is going to have something for everyone who shows up and plays in the tournament there.

Madness will then have one at the store on the 16th of June so that will be taking the place of the league play.

Would love to see everyone capable show up to all the Battle Roads. These are all free events (A-kon is requiring the badge not the Battle Road. Battle Road tournament is just inside the convention area) and will require a modified format deck. Please message me here if anyone needs any information about what that is.

The Battle Road at A-Kon and being sponsored by our great league store will be beginning in less than 24 hours. I hope to see a lot of our league players there. There is no league but I know I had a great time at A-Kon last year during the Pokemon event held then. Madness is giving a pack of their choice to each participant and it is a $10 1-day gamers badge to get in. See everyone who shows up there tomorrow.

Just around 40 hours to the start of another Battle Road. This is his home area and know he would appreciate the support as well. Remember next week there is no league as we finally get to have a Battle Road there.

Wanted to make this big and easy to tell from the other posts of mine. Saturday is our turn to have a Battle Roads in our league location. This is with Registration at 10 am and looking to start at 11 am. We will have deck lists there but we still have limited numbers. I have had 30+ sign-up of the possible 48 seats. If you wish to sign-up just send me a message here on PokeGym. Hope we have a good crowd from our league show up.

No league tomorrow and Battle Roads registration is 10 with start time at 11. Limited space so please try to bring just what you need to play. We can not be accountable for what you bring and room is going to be tight. Parents not playing may not have room to be inside the store.

Although I'm the only one spared by Chuck's wrath, my literacy is not too high up there either! :tongue:

Is this league still 1-3 on Saturdays?
 
Just so everyone is aware - I am no longer buying commons/uncommons. I've already got enough to cover what I'm planning for a little while (first distribution will be the Duck Creek 4th of July parade in Richardson), but will happily accept any donations of cards that folks are looking to get rid of.

This league is 1pm to 3pm thought we do run over at times. I don't think you was spared much. I think he said you was good but not good enough to earn the points you got and you played weak people to get higher. Don't know what you think of the area but I read it all and thought was just someone being childish for things not going the way it was thought. I know plenty of sports teams and fans who feel that all the time since the games have to be played.
