Nacho's list is close to mine but I actually put a few Holon FF in my deck. I know that it doesn't work for the Magmortar SW's Poké-Body or for the Lv X's energy requirement but it is well worth it when you face water decks. When you are not facing a water deck you can use it for Delcatty's Energy Draw or to give colorless energy where needed.

I think that you definatly need 2 lines of Delcatty because if one Skitty or Delcatty is prized your Screwed. and you can only play 4 Magmotars total so play 3 normal Magmotar and 1 Lv X

what happened waz rite after i put down the decklist for the second time, i forgot that magmortar and magmortar lv x are the same pokemon. but i coudn't get on for a while to change it teeee heeeee

This deck sure has quite a bit of NRG's....

Maybe you could take a few of them out and maybe straighten up the furret line, and add some good trainers...., and if ur going to play more delcatty(IF you do), It would make the deck a little faster and you could take out the steven's advice and put in either prf. Oak's Visit or Team Galactic's Mars...
