Magmortar SW vs. Rainbow energy

Hi, I was playing a unlimited game the other day and I was wondering what will happen when you attach a rainbow energy to magmortar from your hand, it's flame body let you removes 2 damage counters. Say you have a magmortar out with no damage on it. Which would come first, the damage counter via rainbow energy or the body? If the body came first would that mean that it would keep the 10 damage?

Q. When I attach a Rainbow Energy card to Swampert, which works first; remove 1 damage counter from Swampert using the Poké-Body or put 1 damage counter due to attaching a Rainbow Energy card?
