I've been playing this deck for awhile and I find the second pignite to be useless.
Cleffa should always be played as a four of.
Without BTS, and the new candy rule rescue energy is really hard to (ab)use.
Bouffalant is only good against RDL. Most players using RDL use it to clean up the final 2 prizes.
Your Zone line seems to small to even play and your reshiram count is to high to even warrant playing.

Yea I've only got 2 cleffas, I traded the other 3 for a magnezone so I only have 2 of them and am not sure how quickly I can get the 3rd.....

The rescues were for reshi mostly so that's a possible drop, the idea was to rescue magnezone an have candy in discard than jun arm it back in
