PokePop Administrator Staff member Sep 2, 2008 #2 You're focusing on the wrong word. It would have to say "basic" to exclude Multi. Multi is, after all, a card! And, since it doesn't say Basic either, you can discard a Multi for ONE of the requirements. it does say AND.
