Making an SP deck, have a quick question

Should be posting the decklist relatively soon but I have a quick question. Cyrus' Conspiracy says you can get a Trainer card that has team galactic's invention in its name. Are you capable of getting an energy gain in this way? I know its a tool but it still says "trainer" in the top left of the card, unlike supporters.
 
Yes, you can. :) Let me get a t2 Pearl Breath 9/10 at sates, and now will be even better with the SP radar! *drools*
 
It's pretty much what Cyrus's is for. SP decks wouldn't be nearly as viable if you couldn't grab Energy Gain that way.
