I'd like some criticism for my deck.

3 Squirtle (Shell Shield)
3 Blastoise (Deluge)
2 Mewtwo EX
3 Malamar EX
1 Yveltal EX
2 Murkrow (51/119)
2 Honchkrow (52/119)

4 Superior Energy Retrieval
3 Rare Candy
2 VS Seeker
2 Ultra Ball
2 Roller Skates
2 Professor's Letter
1 Scramble Switch
3 N
3 Professor Juniper
2 Colress
2 Skyla
2 Lysandre

4 Dark Energy
8 Water Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

I would appreciate any and all thoughts on this deck and how to improve on it. It's been doing well, but I feel it could still use a little something.

I'd suggest you consider adding 1-2 Shadow Circle to protect your Poke from Weakness.

Absol (PLF) may be a better attacker than Honchkrow, and is definitely easier to setup.

Should you play against any Item-lock decks, getting Blastoise out could be difficult. Consider incorporating at least 1 Wartortle.

Why no Exeggcute (Propagation), Keldeo EX or Kyurem (PLF)?

I already tried Absol in this deck, and I absolutely despised it. Just didn't feel right and almost never made an impact. It also doesn't get past Pyroar, which is a heavy meta where I play.

I like the idea of Shadow Circle and I would like suggestions as to where to fit it.

I'm already running 16 pokemon in the deck, and felt like adding more was going to be too many. I'd be open to looking at an improved list.

Relative to countering Pyroar, Blastoise can easily fit that role very nicely.

As far as suggested deck improvements, consider:

-2 Murkrow
-2 Honchkrow - sacrificed for "higher" priorities

+1 Wartortle
+1 Exeggcute (Propagation)
+1 Yveltal - non-EX attacker and can provide some energy attachment acceleration
+1 Yveltal EX

-2 Roller Skates - too unreliable when you only have 50% chance of success
+1 P Juniper
+1 N
- - - - or - - - -
+2 Bicycle

Other options to consider: Keldeo EX and Kyurem (PF).

Exeggcute's Ability allows you to recover it from your discard pile and return it to your hand. You can do this repeatedly too during the same turn too. It's the "perfect" discard "fodder" you need when playing cards that require you to discard card(s) from your hand, like Ultra Ball and Superior Energy Retrieval.
