Yes, you can do it WITHOUT a gameshark or other cheating device. You can find Celebi when you DON'T have the Berry Fix. But How? I wonder...

Celebi was in the Japanese Colosseum bonus disc instead of Jirachi wasn't it? I know it's legal somewhere.

Theres no way to get Celebi in R/S right now. Its not in Colosseum either (though it was in the Japanese Colosseum bonus disk like previously mentioned).
