Just 2 different ideas i had, hope you enjoy them.

Manaphy Lv.X HP 100 :water:
Level-Up

Poke-Body:Sea Bond
Each of your Evolved :water: Pokemon pay 1 less :colorless energy to attack. You cannot use more than 1 Sea Bond Poke-Body per turn.

:water::water: Attack From The Depths
Count the number of :water: pokemon on your bench, then, put 1 damage counter on your opponent's benched pokemon for each :water: pokemon on your bench,

Phione Lv.X HP 90 :water:
Level-Up

Poke-Body:Genetic Bond
Each of your Evolved :water: Pokemon get +20 HP. You cannot use more than 1 Genetic Bond Poke-Body per turn

:water::colorless:colorless Call On Elders 20+
This attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage times the number of evolved :water: pokemon you have in play.

Phione's attack is probably okay though. 80 damage for three energy is... About what we're expecting from Stage2 pokemon nowadays. Phione doing 100 for three energy is a bit of a stretch (Empoleon MD is about the only thing that can match it, and that has a SLIGHT downside), but its still plausible.

On a side note, the wording is "You can't use more then 1 *pokebody* Poke-Body each turn" if you were wondering...
