when using manetric's (PT) pokebody (electric barrier) does this mean that the bench pokemon w/ pokepowers are protected from power wave?

and also when it says "excluding any Manetric" does this mean that it applies to the manetric's on the opponents bench?

Yes, your benched Pokemon with Powers will be protected by Electric Barrier if your Manectric uses Power Wave.

Electric Barrier only applies to your bench, so it wouldn't apply to your Opponent's bench, no matter what Pokemon they had there.

Manectric's benched Pokemon are protected, yes. As long as the Body is working, anyway.
