Why don't you just let TIM F. set up a PreRegistration page on the VA Pokemon site Nick?

It would take him 10 seconds to set up and you'd have a printable spreadsheet with everyone's POP ID , Name, and Age division.

Just a thought...

We will email everyone that is past the cut off point and let them know they are on the waiting list. As of Sunday night at 7:00pm est we are not past it yet. I imagine by tomorrow we will be though.
We are considering posting the list of masters on the site after we reach cut off but have not decided whether to do this or not.

Now, you KNOW that a PTO can't win by answering this question. Option 1 "Sure, we'll have three no-shows". Reality: everyone shows and there is simply no physical space. Conclusion: you are mad. Option 2 "I doubt anyone will drop from the list to open up spots." Reality: The rain keeps people away and there is open space. Conclusion: you find out afterward and are mad. Sorry, but PTOs are NOT psychic-type Pokemon...

I understand that it's a bad situation. Players don't like it, Mike can't like it, and I'm guessing P!P brass isn't thrilled either. That being said, he has real money tied to his attendance numbers, both this weekend and in the future. Maybe he has a plan to avoid alienating people willing to drive five hours to his events? It's worth seeing what he has to say.
