Masquerain from Platinum: Supreme Victors 68/147 has the poke-body Intimidating Pattern which says "As long as Masquerain is your Active Pokemon, any damage done by an opponent's attack is reduced by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance)

If I attack with an electric pokemon that does 20hp the intimidating pattern would bring it down to 0. Does that mean the weakness (+20) won't be applied at all? Or do I still get to do 20 damage?

Why would it get moved?

And as far as I know, once an attack ends up doing Zero damage, it can't get brought back up, so no damage would be done in this case. Especially now that we're back to x2 Weakness for the new sets, how do you double zero?

I'm pretty sure it would do 0 damage because it says before applying weakness and resistance. 20-20=0. If an attack does 0 damage weakness and resistance is not applied.
