Just a quick question on it's moves. They read:

Whirlwind 20
"Your opponent switches the Defending Pokemon with one of his or her Benched Pokemon"
Now does that 20 damage go to the Defending Pokemon or the new Defending Pokemon?

Silver Wind 30
"During your next turn, if an attack does damage to the Defending Pokemon (after applying Weakness and Resistance), that attack does 30 more damage."
So if someone switched their Active Pokemon the extra 30 damage would only apply to that Pokemon right? Not the new Defending Pokemon.

Whirlwind - The base damage is calculated and performed prior to the part that switches out the Defending Pokemon.

Silver Wind - If the Pokemon that was attacked by Silver Wind retreats, switches, etc. the effect is removed. Here's a quote from the Compendium-EX:
== SILVER WIND (Masquerain - EX:Hidden Legends)

Q. Which Pokémon is the Silver Wind effect attached to?
A. The effect is attached to the Defending Pokémon that was attacked by Masquerain's Silver Wind. If the Defending Pokémon retreats to the Bench, that effect is removed. (EX:Hidden Legends FAQ)

Hope this helps,
