my question goes as regards the following rules stated for tournaments
22. Match Resolution and 22.1. Resolution of Match After the Final Turn Ends
which i happen not to fully grasp...
the situation is the following:
in a single match game player A , is winning with 3 remaining prizes, and player B, has 4 remaining prizes, time is called during player's B turn, and doesn't get to tie the match at the end of his turn... hence the problem, should player A start turn 1 out 3? or should he just be declared winner of the match, at the moment time is called??
